Since January 2022, Christoph Hagedorn is the Executive Vice President Automotive Operations at Continental. In this role, he is responsible for the areas of Automotive Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, IT and Sustainability.

Prior to this role, he was  Head of Corporate Quality & Environment from 2016 where he was responsible for leading the corporate quality strategy and fostering a quality-driven culture.

From 2011 until 2016 he was the CEO of Continental Japan and the President of the joint venture Continental Automotive Corporation (CAC).

Hagedorn has worked at Continental since 1994, in various business units, including Electronic Brake Systems and Hydraulic Hoses Systems and in different countries like France, the USA and Japan.

Hagedorn studied Industrial Engineering and Management with a focus on mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Darmstadt and the Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm.
