Bilyana Stern, born in 1989, began her professional career in 2013 at Avery Dennison, a global materials science company, where she worked in Germany, Malaysia, and Belgium until 2019. Between 2019 and 2021, she served as Operations Manager at Amazon Logistics. From May 2021 to August 2023, she held the position of Operations Manager in battery cell manufacturing and Shop Lead for electric drives at the Tesla Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg. Starting in September 2023, Bilyana Stern led the body shop at Opel's main plant in Rüsselsheim. As of February 1, 2025, she will be responsible for press shop operations there. She will take on this role in addition to becoming Plant Manager of the Kaiserslautern facility on March 1, 2025.
