Zum 1. Juli 2024 wurde Arno Güllering als Chief Operations Officer in die Geschäftsführung der DRÄXLMAIER Group berufen. 

Güllering hat an der Hochschule Koblenz Maschinenbau mit Schwerpunkt Energietechnik studiert. Im Laufe seines beruflichen Werdegangs war der Diplom-Ingenieur für mehrere Unternehmen aus der Automobilindustrie in verantwortungsvoller Position tätig. Zuletzt hatte Güllering das Amt des Senior Vice President Operations bei einem internationalen Automobilzulieferer inne. „Meiner neuen Aufgabe blicke ich mit großer Vorfreude entgegen“, betont Arno Güllering. „Ich möchte mit vollem Einsatz zum Erfolg der DRÄXLMAIER Group als Systempartner der Premium-Automobilhersteller beitragen.“

Central to this transformation is MES2, the modern Manufacturing Execution System, which enhances production efficiency and transparency. This is complemented by the digitalization of the shopfloor, and additionally the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI). These innovative digital solutions all together are essential tools used at the DRÄXLMAIER Group in order to further optimize processes and better control quality.
